    just out of curiousity . anybody any idea what houses will be available to buy once game is released and also what wont.?

    It's just speculation and reasoning on my part, but I think the expired ones and ones tied to high-tier pledges won't be available to purchase.

    Yes i thought that was what would happen too. Shame a couple of the expired ones look good and you see houses in the store but never know if they will be in game or just dissapear when expired. would be good if it said they were only available for a short period. There seem to be alot of water lots about but as they are only tied to founders accounts i wonder if there will be any to purchase in game(probly not) or any new ones. as you might guess the different houses intrigue me lol. just hope there not going to be all plain houses we can buy and thats it.

    Oh this is news. I always thought the expired homes will make a return when the game launches.

    And yeah if that those homes were never to return - let's hope for more choices :)

    Expired Add-On-Store: NO - (What is so hard to understand the meaning of this word?)
    Pledge homes: NO - "available only to pre-launch backers"

    There will be new homes.
    Only InGmae available like the Stucco Row Homes.

    On top of that the housing market will be terribly saturated with the lower pledge houses come release. This since until AUG31 all pledge housing stacked while deeds do not.
    So there will be a big surplus early on.
    For village+ that solves most issues. But for Row they will probably have to do a few more designs.

    Which I think will happen naturally as we see them getting the Aerie region and Norgard region into the game.

    Expired in add on store doesn't necessarily mean won't be in game just that you won't be able to buy in store . We may not but that is what I was asking ?

    Yes knew this already

    Was hoping some more interesting but we will see.
