Store credits coupon, how to convert to credits now ?

I've bought some store credits coupon during the marathon yesterday and I would like to convert them in store credits but, I dont know if the changes made on how we claim items is what is causing this but, I cant seem to find the way to do it.

The usual way is not there ( convert to credits button ) and even tried the in-game claim button then, went back in game but, still the same, got store credits coupon in my add-ons but no way of converting them to store credits.

then click in the upper righthand corner on "Account"

Once on your own user account screen, click on the "Add-ons, etc." tab and scroll to where your "Store Credit gift coupon" is listed. Next to it are 2 buttons to either convert it to store credit or send it as a gift.

If this is a very recent purchase, it might take a while to show up on your Account Screen, but I already see the items I purchased last night during the telethon.

 

Went there already, Coupon is in add-ons, but the buttons are not....

 

Did you click on the claim reward in game? I think this may be a bug that come up with a new change on how to claim the items.

I recommend to repost this on the R29 bug report subforum.

 

I did tried it both ways as I did mention in my original post.

 

Odd, the gift coins that I purchased during the telethon have the claim button. You should contact support@portalarium.com

 

I briefly had this same problem with a $25 sota coin I bought. It took a few extra minutes for the buttons to show up.

 

Lucky you, in my case, from the email confirming my purchase, it's been 14 hours since my purchase.
