    No longer shows buying or selling window when you talk to him at any time day or night

    Welcome to the community and thanks for the bug report. This is a known issue where some of the merchants they've added NPC schedules to will not pop their merchant interface to allow you to buy/sell from time to time. You can try them again later.

    Just a note that we finally found the bug with this and other NPCs going "off duty" and never coming back on, and will have a fix for this in tomorrow's patch. Thanks!

    Seems that if you leave the zone and come back it fixes the issue as a workaround.

    To reproduce (100% for me):
    Come to the zone (Soltown) when Martin sleeps.
    Wait until he comes back to 'duty'.
    Observe that he talks like he is awake, but does not open sale window. No matter how long you wait.

    Workaround: Leave zone and re-enter. Then the sale window opens as wanted.
