    As of patch 473.
Whoever is in charge of increasing the fog levels in scenes with fog.......... please back off a bit.
This is not London in the 19th century, and Jack the Ripper is hopefully dead.
I need to see a bit......... furthur......... please.

Yes, please adjust this and give us and option to turn it off completely. Before everything was clear and not a strain on my eyes. Now I feel like i am getting glare off my glasses and my eyes hurt after playing for an hour.

It's almost like when I was playing ARK and got constantly blinded by the light flares and bloom. There should always be a game option to turn off things that can cause player eye strain. I hope you have such an option indevelopment.

I dont understand the justification of muddling up some thing that is the hallmark of the game. I hate how much night time there as well, I am sick of the dark. it should at best 75% daylight and at best 25% night. and need more lanterns below ground.

I enjoy the fog, reminds me of our Louisiana bayous, its the main reason I choose to live in the town called Mud, it makes the world seem alive. The fog will help make your game run smoother by shrouding out everything around you too!

i liked the mist in the perennial coast(?) it only got heavy around the spider nests and that made a neat atmosphere - plus some more interesting challenges. It felt like the spiders were thriving in that enviro. I got webbed and quickly got surrounded by some bigger spiders I didn't see. the limited visual range made the scene more interesting. It resulted in my first death since final wipe.

It reminded me a little of UO when you would get stuck in the brambly terrain trying to run from something. The first times I played UO, I thought my avatar getting stuck was some kind of buggy interface or lag, but then I realized the brambles were intentionally placed to trip you up. Those experiences ramped up the anxiety at critical moments in a fight and made the moments memorable.

I'm still waiting for the death like UO - where you had to re-incorporate and then run back to you corpse to get all your stuff before it decayed. That was the only game that made me feel the threat of death had meaning.

I was pleasantly surprised by the change, I thought it added a errie feel to the scene. I would say leave it as is, but for those that do not want it then have an option to turn it off.
