Makeing Metal Bindings

Have all ingerediants but metal bindings is not listed at blacksmith crafting station, how do I get or make these I'm going to use it for making a animal collar.

 

You need to learn the recipe first so it will appear at the station

you should be able to buy copper and iron binding recipes from npc smiths. recipes for bindings from higher-level alloys are supply bundle drops.

 

The Smiths do not have the metal binding receipie.

Basic bindings like copper and iron can be found from blacksmiths, the exotic ones come from bundles or paying sometimes way too much from a player controlled vendor. Some guilds and POT try to help their residents with this.

You can find the locations for a lot of recipes from Sotawiki.net

 

Put one ingot and one coal in the blacksmithing station and if the Craft button lights up then you're good to go.

 

@Dreadknott When a recipe calls for "metal", they're saying "any metal", so in your case any metal binding... Iron, copper, ....White iron bindings will do...

Ok I'm new just started and the smiths in starting area do not have the metal binding receipie the list that Alley Oop gave me are area's ive not been too. The craft button does not light up and no receipie for metal binding are not on smiths in starter area. I have all the components to make metal bindings but no receipie listed by starting area smiths.

Hi yes it would be great if tool tips did tell you that many recipes are taught to you from other players who have the recipes. If you have some time send me a whisper and I will teach you my whole book. It will save you lots of gold and takes a little while though. that offer is opened to anyone. I am majoria in game.

 

Thank you for the help majoria and everyone else, got the metal binding recipie from blacksmith in Etceter it was called iron binding though I assume it will work for an animal collar. I will take you up on the offer of teaching me your recipes majoria will message you in game. Thank you everyone again for the help.
