$10 store credit bonus

    I purchased the $10 store credit and did not get a bonus of $10 as advertised. it has been over a week now. What must I do to get that credit added on?

    also on another note. What do i need to do to ensure that I get the R19 helmet associated with my account? just be a backer or do i have to log into the game and do something to get it?

    thanks for the quest guide. i just wish i could get around in game. My PC is not quite good enough to travel around doing too much yet. is the hat carried over to launch?

    If you miss the quest, you do not get them when it launches.

    This is honestly one of my pet peeves at the moment, of all things. I enjoy "%100 Percenting" my Single Player games. The ability to do so with Shroud of the Avatar has already been taken away from me!

    go to your account page and look for the the 10 dollar token they gave you and convert it to credits

    Exactly as Envy stated. Contact support@portalarium.com for your question about store credit.

    And the R19 quest hat (the Kobold mask) is carried over when the game launches...if you complete the quest during R19. once you complete the hat quest, it will be visible on your account page.

    Beli is right, you must convert your $10 token to store credits if you haven't done so already - this should give you 20 in-store credits if you haven't already spent 10.

    Sorry for your issues in game. Did you try setting your graphics lower. In the right hand corner there are gears you can set the graphic level to fastest and that could help. It's worth a try and welcome to you.:)

    I thought I'd add that the $10 store credit is easy to overlook. I first looked for it in the list of purchased add-ons, and thought it hadn't been credited when I didn't find it there. Instead it was at the top of the page in the little section containing my account name and pledge level.
