100 is Master and 120 is Grandmaster?

    Not sure anyone has a complete understanding yet. However, afaik a crit ring is created based on your smelting skill not your smithing skill.

    ...well yes, whoops :) that's what I meant, both smelting and blacksmithing were under 30 at that point.
