Title: Please flatten-out my lot

Details: I'm not able to place some large decorations (like fountains) where I would like on my lot because they will not go. I assume this is because my lot is not flat. I can place say a large fountain on one side of the lot but cannot on the very opposite side.
Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".

The issue is not about flattening the lot. You have previously already submitted a bug regarding issues placing objects on this lot: https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/forum/index.php?threads/known-cant-place-spring-fountain.94429/

We have fixed the issue for R45. This will fix all placement issues on Island Keep lots.
