Any new homes in the plans, or any chance of old homes for sale?

    I was wondering if the homes available in the addon store are the only homes we'll be getting for a while? Will there be more before EP1 is released? I would be interested in buying a house from the addon store, but not from the current selection.

    Also, I really am interested in the 2 story Blue Roof row house that is no longer available.. but the 4 floor version is... I prefer the 2 floor version, I don't need anything crazy like 4 floors (and imo it looks funny and it's harder to place things the way I like) lol! Any chance of older house styles coming back, or are they somehow forever unavailable to me?

    In winter telethon they said 2-4 new in the works.

    The expired will never come back since they are trying to create a healthy player market.

    However variants may come during E1.

    I want to say Blake Blackstone had some of these for sale, it could have been 3 story, I don't see the post now though so I can't say for sure. Might message him and see which one it was and if he has them anymore.

    I thought some of the expired houses were available (though not as a deco placeable) with pots. Did I get that wrong?

    IMO, the 2 story is the better deal. I had a 4 story... hated it.. the 3rd and 4th floors are too chopped up.
    Now I just stick to the stock house for my row... and add on a 5 story basement

    Edit: What Id REALLY like to see would be housing you can build/customize. I know I saw some recently on another Alpha game that uses Unity

    You are correct. the before expiration POTs comes with a selection of houses, including the expired.
    Also those are delivering soon.

    I'm curious why so many row lots are for sale, but so few row houses (just the tall ones mostly).
