    Got both, recipe and blueprint, in Hilt Fortress.
    Both from the Lich "Boss". And a guildmate got a recipe from an ordinary Skeleton

    According to the API Data in the last 24 hours there has been 6 Hilt Rotunda Recipe, 2 Blueprint for Hilt Rotunda and a bossLich from the Rise.
    No spider rooms have dropped at all in the last month....

    I tried hilt and the spider room under resolute without success yesterday. Good to know someone got something in Hilt. I'll focus there for now.

    Beginning to think that since one of the patches drops became broken. I am about 30 complete runs through the hilt now post patch of initial R59 release, and nada.

    One sign of hope for me on initial release was I got a kobold chandelier, which after over 20hrs grinding hilt during R58 I got none, a few runs in R59 initial, I got one within a couple runs, since the patches, nothing.

    They said in livestream yesterday that they had problem with the loot table. Should be fixed within next week in patches... *crosses fingers*
    To resume, only the rotunda is dropping right now. (no spider room, no owl head sewer room, the fall im not even sure i did a few run but not enough, the pumpkin head might not drop the staff too... so yeah patience)

    Actually, wait... is the "Stone Dungeon Room (Spider Encounter)" the spider room in Hilt, or is that a generic spider encounter?

    Are they being sloppy with the naming conventions, or is there a Rise lich room (without the lich) and a Rise lich room (with the lich encounter?

    I have a "Stone Dungeon Room (Lich Boss)" and a "Stone Dungeon Room (Spider Encounter)." My understanding was the "encounter" was used in dungeon room names with mobs, so I'm wondering if the "Lich Boss" room is just the room, with no lich.

    So FYI this was confirmed in universal chat via @Rada Torment and @Tila Tenderfoot based on the recipes so far for the random encounters are specced as re-teachable. IN all other instances of reteachable recipes that means you can 'discover' them like we used to do for all recipes, but now folks can do similarly wit these. So once you get the blueprint that is the gated item, find someone to teach you the recipe or ask kindly what the components are to make it with your blueprint.

    Happy loot drop hunting

    (Sorry scalpers of recipes I just cost ya some gold)
