Details: When speaking to Simone, I noticed the note about what was added to my journal had a typo:

[2/14/2018 1:26:52 PM] The black arrow archer has only targeted children who were out alone. The children were struck in the head or neck bu a single black arrow, as if fired on from above.
[2/14/2018 1:26:52 PM] Simone von Eglinger: Only children out alone have been struck down, each by a single black arrow. They were all struck in the head or neck, as if fired on from above.

The word in yellow should be "by" not "bu".
Steps to Reproduce: Speak to Simone and tell her "target"
