Are "Radiant Energy items" missing from the store?

    Radiant Energy Coil and Radiant Energy Capacitor...

    Are these missing from our coto store or are they seasonal or just special inventory rotated items?

    Ah! see? they are "vault" items! I'm not as dumb as I look!!

    And honestly, I know this is true because when I was young my mother told to to never believe it when someone told me I was as dumb as I looked. She said, son.. believe me, NO ONE could be as dumb as you look, it's just not possible.
