    Title: Bandit Leader Blues: Blue Container Does Not Drop

    Blocker? no
    Details: Killed him at least 15 times... no drop.

    EDIT: After talking to the Orator it dropped. However I had originally killed the Orator on the way in since he looked sketchy standing around those corpses.
