Banker at Celestis Stuck in Conversation

    Title: Banker at Celestis Stuck in Conversation
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: When talking to the banker while standing to the right of him, the dialogue box opens but "Bank" does nothing. All keywords do nothing and can't get out of the dialogue box unless I log out.
    However, if you move over to the left slightly, this does not happen and you can interact normally.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Speak with the banker.
    If you are in the wrong spot, it will freeze up.
    If you are in the right spot, continues as normal.
