Best way to acquire 2nd account

    hello all. I'm going to purchase a 2nd account for a family member. what would be the best way to do this, add pledge from my account page or just create new account? Thanks for the advice & Happy New Year!

    Just go to www.shroudoftheavatar.com and register a new email for your 2nd account. Choose your pledge level...

    Should be the same as starting the first account...just with a different email.

    1. Create new email account.
    2. Sign up on www.shroudoftheavatar.com using the new email account.
    3. Create a pledge on that account.
    The alternative is to buy an account of someone else; I wouldn't recommend this route unless you are desperate for a Royal Founder/Founder account and even then it is doubtful you will find an account at a low level.

    on the bottom of the description of each pledge on the pledge page is a button that says "send this as a gift!"

    Same result, albeit with the risk of complicating things.
    This since the recipient need to create an account anyway as step one of receiving the gift.
    Which means that you have added an extra step with no benefit.

    It used to have a function back when referrals was still a thing. Not so anymore.

    Sorry for the late reply had to go out of town. Thank you for all the responses. I went ahead and had family member create a new account then I gifted him a pledge. Thanks again.

    Another way to do it is to buy it on Steam and send it as a gift to your family member.
