Black and white dyes not in Bank

    I purchased the Black & white dyes from the add-on store today. I looked for them in my inventory and could not find them anywhere. They are not in my bank. I attempted closing out the game and re-logging to no avail.

    Need help to recover my $16 worth of dyes please.

    So, check your account page and see if they have been claimed in game yet. Because mine weren't. So you can convert it to credits if you want. But my guess is they didn't actually put them in yet?

    I know In another thread when I asked when they would be in store Starr replied by tomorrow. Maybe he was thinking "in game" rather than "in store"?
