Blessing of maintenance (difficulty regaining buff after dismissing)

    Title: Blessing of maintenance (difficulty regaining buff)
    Reproduction Rate:N/A only 1 time so far.
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: Blessing of Maintenance was about to end, 15 minutes left on it. Canceled it(dismiss) and went to walk on the buff circle, nothing happened.(Pet gets buff though). It finally did give me the buff but I was standing on the buff circle for about 30 seconds before it applied.
    Steps to Reproduce: Get Blessing of Maintenance 3xday buff; cancel it; try to regain by walking on blessing circle.

    If regaining the buff after dismissing it has some kind of hidden timer by design; it would be invaluable to have the buff tool-tip explain that from the time of gaining the buff you cannot dismiss and get it again until exactly 3 days have passed.
