    Details/Steps to Reproduce:
    After I received the manifesto from Drumplemouth I went to Marcus and gave him the Manifesto. I remembered, he tells that he was wrong. But this time, only the gaining of 9000 experience appeared.
    And: You gavae an item / You received an item (The Cleansing Manifesto).

    No further text. No further reaction. Even if I clicked again on manifesto.

    After closing the window and reopen it and asking again about manifesto he told that the manifesto changed his whole outlook.
