Details:
I am able to climb the mountain above the Ancient Wyrm to access the Boreas Statue and the chest in front of it.
Steps to Reproduce:
* Use frogkin ring
* Climb mountain above Ancient Wyrm
* You will be able to get to the path above and beyond the barrier that shouldn't let me through (I have not done any of the quest line).

Nope, he's right, didn't test the barrier with frogkin ring, sigh

 

I do not think it was working anyway since the dragon part was not done.

I was able to get to the statue just walking thru the archway.

 

Yeah, we added a barrier last patch along with the dragon's full script.
