   I have and Ancestor pledge, and wanted a basement.
   
   Popped out of the game and bought the 5-story Row Lot Basement from the Add-On Store.
   
   Popped back in game, and had the Basement Deed, but no Basement Hatch in my bank, so I can't use it.
