Broken pathfinding of Mobs in Whiteguard Foothills with Build 453/454

    1. Title: Broken Pathfinding of Mobs in Whiteguard Foothills with Build 453/454
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: When i attack the Mobs in the Whiteguard Foothills with my ranged Magic Skills (Obsidian Arrow / Fire Arrow) at near the maximum range, they didnt react on this attack. The Firedamage proccs with 0 damage, only when i'm going much closer, the Mobs react on the attack. With Build 451/452 the Mobs has reacting normal.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Enter the Whiteguard Foothills, attack an Wolf or Bandit near maximum range with an Magic Skill like Fire Arrow or Obsidian Arrow
    6. User Specs: I7-5820k, 32GB Ram, Geforce GTX 980ti, Win 10 Version 1607

    Update:
    Testing it in the East Perennial Trail, same issue here.
    Inside the Soltown Sewers, i havent any problems like the above.

    I have this too. If I attack from outside a certain range, the attacks won't do damage or affect the mobs aggro. If I shoot eg. fire arrow, it will tick for 0 until I get close.. only then the dot will start to do damage (and the mob aggros). Additionally, animals tend to run away from me. So basically I have to run up to a mob, but not too close.. then cast something.. and THEN run close enough for the mob to aggro. Otherwise I will be chasing them around. Come on Large Grizzly Bear - I'm not that scary!

    Issue seems fixed with Build 460.
