[By design]Blacksmith 'buy' option opens inventory

    1. Title:Blacksmith 'buy' option opens inventory
    2. Reproduction Rate: 2 for 2
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: When clicking on the Blacksmith just inside Brittany Estates, defaulted to the base "click buy..." dialog. Clicking on the underlined 'buy' pops open the Blacksmith's merchant interface and opens the inventory over the top of it.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Click on Blacksmith.
    6. User Specs: Win10
