[By design] Elf Skull cannot be placed outside the actual backpack or the bank

as the title says: Elf skull can't be placed because it is not tradeable....
Is it a quest item (weight 0.1 and worth 150 gold) then I don't remember where I found it...

So it's labelled as decoration, but you can't place it as deco, and it has a gold value, but you can't sell it, and one dev says it should be placeable and one says not.......

 

I made the thing - it's supposed to be a decoration. Like I said in a previous post, I fixed it and the fix will be in a future patch/update.

Thank you - I'd got even more confused since I tried placing it earlier today and was told as it was non-tradeable, it could not be placed on a lot, which raised an interesting question of where it might actually be able to decorate I've a place set aside for it, ready for the patch!
