by mistake i deleted my royal founder plaque

i looked all over my house. i regret to say i may have deleted it. is there a way i can get it back? i feel bad

 

email support. they can check the logs. that item SHOULD be immune to deletion, so if it's not, and you did, i'm sure they'll replace it.

 

Can pledge rewards be deleted? I don't think so. Someone (not me) needs to test.

 

they're not supposed to, but there's always the off-chance that they missed setting the flag on one of them

 

I currently have many items that seem to have been deleted by accident. I agree that ALL items purchased and all reward items should not be deletable.

 

Assuming you have a house and that it may be somewhere hidden in that house, as a last resort you can unclaim the property (them immediately reclaim it). All the contents will go to your bank, where you can search for specific missing items.

 

Check your bank, items from nested chests and too full chests went into bank recently, I think.

changing the house should do the trick without the risk of losing the lot. I am afraid it is still easy to lose items whle decorating. When everything goes back into bank it should be all there.

 

There are quite a few decoration placement bugs; it's probably in the wall or floor or something. Contact support (and file a bug), they can probably find it for you.

 

As mentioned, please check your bank, the reward should be there if it's not in the house or on your person.
