    Details: Checked tailor, carpentry, smelting, milling no option to salvage a short heraldry banner
    Steps to Reproduce: Have an emblazoned short banner, try to salvage to get pattern to change displayed heraldry on the item

    That's correct, @Lace. Since banners are textile table items, they are not salvageable. This is why they put pattern removers in in the same release. (which is less than ideal, but I THINK I recall that they delivered a pack of removers with the banners.)
