Can't find tailor recipe vendor in Brittany Estates

    Read, the wiki and looked at the geographical center of map for around an hr during the day in game, cannot find him/her. Anyone give me better details as to where he/she is hiding? What buildings is she/he by or in? Or, another vendor with the same recipes? in a different area? Thanks.

    figures. 5 minutes after making this thread found her. North most building central area of brittany estates. Not labeled on sota map.

    Go to the docks in Central brittany. Make sure you have a teleport to zone scroll. It will be marked on there from then on. The docks takes you right to that vendor. She is in the yellow and white checkered stall. I can help you mark it if you notify me in game anytime.
