Can't login

Hi,

is everyone else able to login now? Server status shows, that it's online.
I tried with steam login, with credentials login and no success. Few times I got the queue counter, but stuck there.

I reinstalled the game, restarted my pc.
When I use steam login, it just stays in connecting.
When I use credentials, I once got the error: URCHIN ( or something) corrupted or missing files. ( thus I redownloaded/reinstalled)

I played today, until the last minutes of maintenance start after patch, I can't login.

Anyone else has problems?

 

Same problem here on 3 PCs

 

I had the same, I deleted the game directory and reinstalled and now I'm in.

 

Working fine here.

PS: I have reinstalled the game and restarted the machine. Everything was fine before maintenance. I logged out, when the 2 minutes to maintenance was announced. Network is fine, other games work.

 

Yup.. same issue.. no problem playing offline though.

I am stuck at loading que 37. And imagine I logged myself off due to an item being stuck in my characters hand that wouldnt go into my inventory. Maybe it's a good excuse to finally get some dinner going

I don't think everyone's affected.. Unfortunately, I still am. Not fixed.

 

I believe it has been fixed. I was able to go right in the game.

Thanks.. I'm pretty jazzed for the book décor.. I've a rather large library in the works and they'll be great for filling up the shelves.

 

Yeah I was thinking the same. lots of libraries with empty shelves that can look better now.

 

It's such a simple, "little" thing.. but right now my library has 40 empty bookshelves and suddenly I'm enabled to move forward with it. Little things can be awesome. I want more little things! (ok big things are nice too)..

Anywho… it's been over 4 hours and no luck getting in.. and the morning, it comes early. ah well.. maybe it'll be fixed by the time I get up.

 

Works now. There was super tiny patch downloaded overnight, they did something.

 

Well, I don't know what they did but.. it's still not working for me. Just getting stuck at "Connecting..."

 

Ok, well, yesterday I totally cleaned portalarium files ( from the hidden appdata folder), uninstalled, redownloaded and installed. Today morning I noticed a tiny patch, steam did not even show size for it and login worked on first try.

Well, considering some untold numbers were affected, having to do a complete reinstall seems pretty unreasonable and my high speed is quite limited. So I'd rather Portalarium gets it to work.
