"Chant of Charming" master trainer will not train

    "Chant of Charming" bottom left skill on the tree, requires 20 in "Psalm of Stagnation" just above it. I have 21. In Desolis, Master tactics Trainer (Corsten) does not train "Chant of Charming" the box is not "lit up" to show it can be trained.

    I thought maybe the Master Taming Trainer in Braemar might teach "chant of charming" but no, he does not.
