Character Stuck, Character Died

I was about to start killing trolls, when I decided to body slam the troll as I usually do. But this time when I went to body slam, my character fell into the stairs, I couldn't do anything, I couldn't attack, I couldn't type /stuck. The troll had free reign to kill me. I couldn't do anything for about 5 minutes even after I died, because my ghost was stuck too, and you can't type /stuck while you are dead.





This is both immobilizing me for several minutes, as well as removing some hard earned experience, because I literally can't fight back.
