Charging blocked after drawing weapon

    Title: Charging blocked after drawing weapon

    Blocker? No
    Details: Immediately after drawing your weapon, holding the left mouse button does not begin charging the attack. Releasing it instead does a quick attack, regardless of how long it was held. After that, you can charge it normally. I don't think its related to the draw animation, because this can happen for the first attack even if you wait a couple seconds before trying to charge.

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16291
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8110
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.735.Date.02.23.18
