Title: Chest unlootable in Plains Road Encounter
Reproduction Rate: Not sure, only encountered it once so far
    Blocker? No
Details: The chest behind the rocks in the Plains Road Encounter appears to be in decoration mode, as I cannot open it up at all. The cursor does not change when I hover and double clicking doesn't work. I ran around a harvested, killed more bandits and came back and there was no change.
Steps to Reproduce: Get a Plains Road Encounter and go try to loot the chest behind the rocks.

Soltown Catacombs has a chest that is also suffering from the same symptoms. Can't loot it; hover doesn't change cursor.
Area: Soltown Catacombs (Soltown Sewers) Loc: (-226.8, -1.5, 108.2)

Could be a problem with all chests.

The mimic nearby also is not clickable.

Are you in combat? We now require players to be out of combat and with weapons sheathed before looting many containers.

That could be it. I don't remember if I exited combat. If so, that really sucks. I understand blocking looting if you have aggro, but it doesn't seem right if you don't.

Are you going to stop all mob looting or resource gathering with combat on? I don't understand why chests would be different.

Not preventing corpse looting. Issue with chests was that we had players who would take advantage of our scene design, rush through dungeons, ignore enemies, and loot the end chest over and over. This is meant to be a modest check against such abuse. At least with corpses we presume you're actually sticking around to kill them instead of rush past them. :p

Gotcha, that makes sense. I think a better solution would be if the bosses had an ondead script that could trigger a chest unlock or something similar. I don't always exit combat after killing things because I'm worried what might still be nearby. I think at the least some kind of warning or obvious message reminding us to the fact that we're still in combat would be great.

It might also be better to show the "Unavailable" cursor on the chests, instead of just not highlighting. Right now, it doesn't look like they are usable items at all when you have agro.

I'm having a similar problem with a crate in my home that I bought from a decorations merchant. I couldn't interact with it at all on placement. I can't move it, and can't access it. I've logged and reconnected and it still has the same behavior. There is also a mimic in the Soltown catacombs level 1 that also won't allow clicking, and the chest in the secret room with the skeletons behind it. I'm assuming that interaction with containers and container-like objects is broken.
