1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. Bumping is allowed once per week, if the new post contains information that is meaningful to the original thread (i.e. price updates).

    Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    So in my crazed period, I purchased several towns (x10) and am selling the below town via open Auction (Details Below):
    Player Owned Holdfast
    2016-03-22 16:31:40 $900

    Obviously, this town comes with all of the NPC items and Devotionals, Wax Cylinders, etc. associated with an NPC town. It is a nested only option, which must be linked to a NPC town or another friendly POT. While upgradable for lot space, decoration count, and NPC building count, (Disclaimer) this Holdfast is post the 2016-01-04 cut off and did not come with the additional Add-on Store House.

    Auction Details (now until Noon NBT (Central-Server-Time) on Friday, 05 May 2017)
    Payment: The Bid Amount via Paypal Friends & Family. Note: You will be responsible for purchasing the $50 POT Transfer Voucher ( https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/?..._player_owned_town_transfer_voucher__digital_ ) and placing on your receiving account to facilitate transfer, which I will initiate via Portalarium Support immediately upon receipt of payment. If payment is not concluded within a reasonable period of time (eg. about a week) after the auction completes I reserve the right to offer the town to the next highest bidder and failing that cancel things and relist. I have conclude 3 similar town sales quickly and with no problems. I am offering this at a discount to get folks involved in the Auction.

    The Starting minimum Bid is $600. For simplicity sake please bid in $10 increments (for example: $600, 640, 650, 700) minimum $10 raise. Bids in non-$10 increments will be disregarded.

    Thanks to all who participated, it was interesting that another identical pot sold outright for probably more during this auction which is illogical, but hey.
