Cloth armor of truth, where to get ?

hi, there i saw someone wear parts of the armor and now i wanted to know where i can get one myself btw can this armor salvaged for an eternal pattern ?

 

I dont know about the salvage, but the helm is from gus in blood river outskirts, the chest is from a guy in storms reach by the mine( cant remember mine name) and the gloves are from the researcher in the correct road encounter ( corpions in desert near desolis). i

 

There are no patterns from the Virtue armor sets, at least not yet.

 

which npc you get (researcher, bounty hunter, monk) seems to be random, not tied to encounter type. i got all three from the corpions.

 

Yes, I got them all there too, I meant correct road encounter to get anyone to spawn, I don't think all encounter can get them. My bad though on wording, I can easily see why you corrected what I said, my bad.

 

Isn't the truth body piece from a quest involving one of the new T2 mines? It's not from an encounter.

 

Ya, the guy with the quest is in storms reach right beside the mine entrance.
