    Reproduction Rate: 100% Blocker? No

    Details:
When transitioning from one scene to another, I often get a bleed of cosmic colors. There's evidence that there seems to be a pattern to when I get this effect and when I don't and to what degree I do get it; but first, some examples in screenshots --

Its when I switch to another window while the other scene is loading that I always get this effect to the maximum extent. The only times that I haven't gotten this effect *at all* is when I just waited for the new scene to load and did nothing; not even moved the cursor. Possibly doing things that use the graphics card during the scene load create this effect to smaller degrees.

This isn't an issue at allwhen the game loads in the scene from the Welcome menu.

Steps to Reproduce: Transition from one scene to another; keep in mind considerations listed above.

    User Specs: Windows 10 Home x64, 12GB RAM, Intel Core i7-5500U CPU @ 2.4GHz

In case this is hardware related, I tried to replicate it. More data might help narrow it down.

I just logged in and started on the overworld map and it was very much like the first screenshot @redfish posted here. Took the boat from outside Kingsport to Novia, and Novia was almost entirely taken over by a yellow colored glow, to the point where I really can't see much besides the banners over cities.

Going into Brittany Estates, my Avatar is surrounded by a big white glowing bubble, there's such bubbles around a lot of things in the scene as well and the ground is a psychedelic blue/purple. It's so glaring and distorted to look at that I can't play it like this at all.

    Blocker? Yes.

Turning off camera bloom made it a whole lot better, but there are still some weird graphical malfunctions around and yellowish walls and light on the ground.

Problem never appears when I go into Owl's Nest Mine; I'm assuming the same is true for other underground scenes and its an outdoor scene issue?

Yea, took the passage into Owls Head Sewers.. no color bleed there either.

Also, leaving from Owl's Nest Mine to the Owl's Nest outdoor area didn't create the color bleed problems upon scene transition.
