COTO Shop Refund Timer and review of main pictures of items on sale

    Having just bought an Herald Heart Shaped Shield and found it is not as pictured it would have been nice to be able to get it refunded. I am suggesting there is a 5 minute refund timer on items bought in the COTO shop so if something isn't what you expected then there would be an option to undo the purchase, a little note in the purchased pop up window saying you have 5 minutes to undo this purchase would also be good.

    It would also be useful if the main picture of the item for purchase is what you get, then further pictures show the item when you alter its image, rather than the main picture showing the item after altering its image which is misleading.

    Install the QA client on your PC and use it to vet crown purchases. Just logging into the QA server will give you like 100000 crowns to play with. You can also create an offline avatar and check crown purchases there as well but you will not have your current town/house in order to test deco.

    Just a 5 minute timer to get an instant refund would be better in my opinion.

    QA is useful for this if you just want to test a piece of equipment, for example. But sometimes I want to test how a house or a bell tower looks in my POT, or I want to test how an ornate gazebo looks in my house, and in QA the POT or the house is not yet updated.

    That's why I think it's a good idea to have a reasonable amount of time (maybe an hour) to return a COTO Shop item that isn't or doesn't fit as you expected.

    It is true that the team works very well and they return the COTOs, but having that test time on the live server would save them the work of having to attend to return requests.
