Crafting button not lighting up?

I made a backpack a few hours ago, I've just been in game to craft a bag/sack/backpack and the crafting button isn't lighting up, even if I double click the recipe and the items are placed on the table.

I notice there was a patch since I originally made the backpack, is anyone else having an issue crafting?

 

Weird, after restarting it's now working as expected.

 

You know something is going on with this. I have th same issue with clicking on the boats in the overland map. I have to relog to get them to work. hmmm, well I have alread posted a bug on this, but the mystery and question is 'what is causing these little malfunctions'? and are they related to the bigger overall problem?

 

I tried relogging when I couldn't make smelling salts, the button still doesn't light for me... I looked on sotawiki.net and I'm using the correct stuff, but when I check "salt", the wiki brings me to a page for cooking to make it from "salt ingots", I've never seen salt ingots before... I was thinking maybe "rock salt", but the crafter supplier only has "salt"...

Has anyone made "smelling salts"?
