Crafting Stations and bonuses

    Mine is 26% but when I go use a devotional that raises the base skill by +5 it goes up to 27%. I'm pretty sure he said he has around a 29% or 30% with a skill at around 120 and the devotional.

    You are just in between upticks is all, if you raise it till you see the uptick then try without one of bonuses ( blessing, ring or table ) you will see it get an uptick.

    I think it was level 128 gets you 29%, I think scoffers base blacksmithing is 14o.

    Yep, pushed it to 140 and still at 29% after using the devotional
