Crash on exiting game

Details: Every time I exit the game, I get the "Please wait" message, and then a crash. This doesn't appear to be causing any problems (save state is not corrupted). I started playing at Release 52 and it's occurred for me every time, and continues to do so at Release 53.

A crash dump and error log is produced each time, truncated contents of which (I'm not posting the stack, but could do if requested):
