There seems to be a lack of, and some need for, passives from one school of skills to affect those in other schools. Here are some examples:

The Life school has passives of Beneficent Blessing (increase healing effects of life spells on others), Life Power (increase healing effects of life spells), and Life Reach (increase range and radius of life spells). However, there are now a number of skills in other schools that could utilize the increases provided here, like Soothing Rain (Water), Cocoon of Night (Moon), Elysian Illumination (Sun), and Torpor (Earth). Having these work across schools would make learning more than one school useful, and makes sense that you would be able to apply practical learning to a new abililty.

Similarly, the Air and Bludgeon schools both have passives that increase stun chance, but only in their specific school (Rapid Discharge and Stunner, respectively). If these would both benefit stun effects in general, they could be useful for increasing a player's chosen focus while giving them a reason to pursue training in another field.

Please consider making passive skills affect abilities regardless of their source, so players have a better freedom of choice, while still improving their capabilities.
