cursor over distant "live" creatures

    When I cursor over a corpse from a distance it shows a popup saying "field dressing" however if I cursor over the live creature standing at same distance (and it shows blue as if in targeting range) it doesn't have a popup saying what that creature is unless I double click and target it.

    can we get info when just putting cursor over object/creature from distance without targeting it
