Cutbert undead mace and bought item???

I have looked for hours in Highvale graveyard and near areas and still no Cutbert Undead Bane mace. I searched the graveyard and even the place where X marks the spot...still nothing! Does this mace only spawn once every so often or is it suppose to be there but bugged not?

Also, I bought a backpack for my account. How do I claim it?

Not sure about the mace - perhaps someone already picked it up - try switching to "Friends Online" - see if it's there?

Use the "Claim Rewards" button at a banker.

 

It's leaning against the inside of the cemetery wall. The spawn time is very quick, like 5 minutes.

go to a bank and click Claim Rewards.

Quick caveat, "Cuthbert, Undead Bane" is in the zone only when the "quest" (first visit) is concluded and the town is no longer burning. When the zone is first visited, Cuthbert isn't there, but the Highvale Defender's Sword is (and if you look hard enough, you'll also find the Rusted Halberd outside the gates by the carts which is becoming increasing hard to find on mobs, maybe even removed.)
