    I thought it would be a good idea to illuminate a large fountain with the "Hand of Naturaman"...nice glowing effect, but I wanted to change the position of the hand...
    Now the hand is stuck in the fountain, I am not able to disconnect both items.
    And I can't remove the fountain from the lot, because there is an item on top of it.

    Has anyone a solution for my little problem pls?

    When I have deco accidents of this nature, the only real recourse is to bank dump it. If the house has a lot of deco and effort and you really don't want to do that, you could /bug it -we've had to have devs rescue items in the crafting museum that have gotten stuck inside walls and such.

    Either that or keep fiddling with it from all different angles, sometimes you can grab it from really unintuitive viewpoints...

    Yup, unfortunately it's "bank dump" time. Only way I know as well.

    @Flientje Vantmeeden

    To add to the good advice from @kaeshiva above.

    one thing I've noted works sometimes is to hop next to /ontop, then angle the camera from the 'inside' of the larger object. This since the smaller object which is 'stuck' has usually been lodged below/inside the larger object.

    Otherwise I'd say stand close to it and write
    /loc
    in chat and then send that with an explanation to
    support@portalarium.com
    so that they can come by and dislodge them.

    I did the same thing with a well. The eye/hand sort of disappears, but I was able to grab it by moving the mouse pointer around the bottom of the well until the tooltip said "Eye of Naturamans" instead of "Water Well." I don't know if that will work with the fountain, though.

    I have the same problem with a piece of garland stuck inside a fireplace.

    Lexie and Sara have been very helpful with finding things stuck in chimneys, walls, and ceilings for me.
