Decorations 'sticking' to cursor

4. This has happened in previous releases and seems to have been cleared up for a while, but is now back. When decorating, occasionally when attempting to remove item from inventory and place somewhere, the item shows green and red as appropriate for placeability but 'sticks' to your cursor. You can move the item around as normal but basically can't "let go" of it. In this state your character cannot chat, use skills, or do anything other than move. Walking off of the lot in question does remove the stuck deco appearance but does NOT fix the locked status of the character (still can't do anything except move).
5. Steps to reproduce - unsure what triggers this, but I've had it happen to me about 8 times today and I haven't seen this in several releases. Very frustrating as requires a relog each time.
