Braemar, in the cemetary you have the Challenge Dungeon, that's a real hard one.

Also the Clink in Owl's Head may be considered another (small) dungeon.

...I think you were actually referring to the Clink when you mentioned a "prison". In that case, add Owl's Head's sewers as a second dungon in the same city.
