    Title: Edwin 12 pieces of raw cotton won't progress

    Details: Got quest to get 12 pieces of raw cotton. made sure to even farm them all in East Perinnial Trail. Go back to him, he wants nothing to do with them. May or may not be related to him saying he wants to teach me, then won't.
