Elven mage robes not found

Hello I'm new here, hopefully I'm posting in the right place.
I purchased the Elven Mage Robes stretch goal but did not receive the gear. I sent a support email and checked my stash and bank. I also rebooted the game. Are these robes available for use yet?

 

Not sure if they are available in R16.

I do know they will be available in R17 though.

 

Have you looked at bank? Are you talking about R16 or QA (Dev+) for R17?

They are not in R16 I am afraid You should see them at your local banker in R17 though.

 

Welcome to Shroud of the Avatar. Since you contributed to the Elven Robes in the Stretch goal then as Net says they should be in your bank in R17.

In QA for R17 they appeared as Boots but names robe in my bank

Hi Epona again that is. So sorry you bought a stretch goal. Elves won't be in the game yet, but you should be able to find your elven robes at the bank. Tomorrow will be release 17 starting so if you just purchased them they should show up tomorrow when the server opens. I supported the stretch goal but not sure I will have an Elven Character. I usually am boring and play a human if they have one in games.

Welcome Aveea and Epona! Thanks for helping out with the stretch goals! R17 starts in just a few hours, and I'm sure mages everywhere are quite excited. ;-)

 

My character's name is Royce. I finally got him to the bank in Ardoris, and I only had coconuts and a steampunk top hat in bank. I don't know why none of my pledge rewards or add-on items I purchased are in the bank. I have so much to learn!

I do hope to make an elven archer when they appear in the game. I have a very good one on Ultima.

I presume that the stretch goals will quickly be reached once the game is released, unless developers need to reach the goal before then. I'll keep contributing.
