Elven Woodwind bows not breaking down properly. Drops broken

    Out of the Blue and into the Black.
    I just broke down 300+ Elven Woodwind Longbows 228 regular bows (Not +1) and received 10 Imbued elven strings of precision and 9 Imbued elven strings of speed and 0 plain elven bowstrings. I also received patterns and bowstaves and scrap in normal quantities. I then scrapped 98 +1 Elven Woodwind Longbows and received ZERO Imbued Elven bowstrings at all, 7 Plain Elven bowstrings and the normal assortment of mundane items that comes from scrapping these bows. I have a 107 carpentry scrapping skill, was using the obsidian potion of reclamation and on an expert table. The first 100 non +1 bows yielded me a total of 9 Imbued strings 6P and 3 S.

    This seems to be broken.
