Emily's quest in Soltown to find Quincy's Broken Sword doesn't appear to work

    Speak to Emily in Soltown. She will ask for your help to find Quincy's Broken Sword. It fails to give you a quest objective. Also, there appears to be no way to acquire the sword anymore. Perhaps the quest was only partially removed?
