Title: Empty town and you're putting us in different instances
Reproduction Rate: Many times
Blocker? No, but beyond annoying
Details: How many times have Viola and I started up playing, both in Multiplayer, and been in a separate instance when we appeared in the Factorium? No one else is there, it's not overloaded, we're just put into our own instead of the same one.
Steps to Reproduce: My only thought on why this happens is that we are logging in at roughly the same time, within maybe 10 seconds of each other.

This also happened in the Outlander Welcome Center about two weeks ago. Both of us were in MP and both of us had the latest patch. We both logged out and back in completely and still could not see each other. I could see a chest open and retrieve items the 'invisible' person put in there and we could communicate but we were never visible to each other.
