[Expected] Samael has let me down... how dare you die on me!

Details: I took old Samael down to Midras and decided to go past Eris and fight some skeletons. I let him aggro a bunch and they ultimately killed him. Im not sure he is even supposed to fight for you in Midras.

Steps to Reproduce: I posted a bunch of other bug reports about this quest line and I think those bugs have led to this bug.

He will in fact fight alongside you if you go deeper into Midras. That is intended (there is a minor side quest at the end that Miles Shepherd tells you about).

To resurrect him, like any other pet, use his summoning whistle.
